About Arlington Little League About Us Arlington Little League is a fully qualified non-profit charitable organization. We have been a fixture of Arlington in Jacksonville, Florida since 1963. Our organization is fully operated by volunteers. We are always looking for dedicated volunteers in many areas. We provide Little League baseball, softball, and challenger divisions, as well as tournament and instructional opportunities throughout the year. Mission Our mission is to "promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of those who will participate in our Little League Baseball and Softball programs." Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, the Little League program assists children in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the Little League Baseball and Softball program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.
