Delray Beach American Little League Baseball is a youth baseball organization established in 1971 in Delray Beach, Florida. The league serves players from Tee Ball through Senior League, fielding 20–25 teams each season with a volunteer corps of over 100 board members, coaches, and umpires dedicated to developing players through quality instruction and exemplary sportsmanship.
History
The Delray Beach American Little League was established in 1971 by founders Eddie (Red) Odom and Yvonne Odom, long-time Delray Beach residents. Since its founding, the league has set a pace of excellence by providing baseball programs of instructional quality to all participants, earning honors for its commitment to the local community. Each year the league fields 20–25 teams from Tee Ball through Seniors, supported by a volunteer core of more than 100 board members, coaches, and umpires.
