Fruitland Little League (FLL) is located in Fruitland, Maryland on the Delmarva Peninsula, near Salisbury. The league offers Tee Ball through Juniors baseball for approximately 350 spring season players across five fields at Fruitland Recreation Park. FLL also operates a fall season for the entire District 8 with up to 250 additional players.
History
Fruitland Little League was first chartered in 1956, originally playing on one field behind city hall. The league has grown to five fields at Fruitland Recreation Park, featuring lights on three fields, renovated Bermuda grass playing surfaces, and an upgraded concession stand. In addition to its 350-player spring season, FLL runs a fall season for the entire District 8 with up to 250 players, running through October.
