About Hartnell Little League
Hartnell Little League is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the youth of Salinas, California, where it has operated as a chartered Little League International program since 1961. The league offers baseball from Tee Ball through the Juniors division for players ages 4–14 across South Salinas, Los Laureles, Las Palmas, Toro, San Benancio, and Spreckels. Funded entirely through registration fees, fundraising, and local sponsorships, Hartnell is a 100% volunteer-run league dedicated to developing citizenship, discipline, and teamwork.
History
Hartnell Little League has been an official Little League organization serving the youth of Salinas, California since 1961. Chartered by Little League International, the league has grown to serve families across South Salinas, Los Laureles, Las Palmas, Toro, San Benancio, and Spreckels. It remains a 100% volunteer-run operation supported by registration fees, local sponsors, and community fundraising.
