2024 IRCLL All Stars 2024 IRCLL All Stars 2024 10u All Stars Dingers! About Our Club Indian River City Little League was started in the Spring of 1962 by community leaders and Mr. William W James. Early fundraisers included Rodeos and Bull Riding. During the height of the Space Race (1967 - 1975), IRCLL was one of the largest Little Leagues in America, supporting over 1,000 players each season. Our complex is named for Mr. William W James. Mr. James was a long time resident and local barber. Little League Baseball, Incorporated is a non-profit organization whose mission is to "to promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways..., the interest of those who will participate in Little League Baseball and Softball."
