Mission Statement Martinsburg Little League aspires to be an outstanding educational-athletic organization that delivers a high-quality experience for every athlete. We are committed to ensuring that each player: Is coached using the principles of Little League International Has fun while learning and playing the game Feels like an important part of the team, regardless of performance Learns meaningful “life lessons” that extend beyond the playing field Develops the skills, tactics, and strategies of baseball and grows as a player We recognize that coaches play a vital role in making this mission possible.
