Norwich-Oxford Little League

Content Norwich NY Little League baseball is a non-profit organization serving youths in Chenango County. Any child that resides or goes to school in Chenango County and are within the age requirements, is eligible to play in the program. We have programs for boys grades 1-6. The Rookie League is our coach-pitch program and is intended for players who are in 1st and 2nd grade. At this level players are taught basic game mechanics and introduced to the games of baseball. The Minor League is for players in 3rd and 4th grade. Players are introduced to pitching at this level and are taught the fundamentals of the sport. The Major League is for players in 5th and 6th grade. Players at this level continue to work on fundamentals and are introduced to baseball strategy in order to prepare them for scholastic play.
