About Ocean View Little League Community Involvement Ocean View Little League is run solely by volunteers from our board members to our coaches. All of our volunteers take pride in being mentors to our young athletes. OVLL's mission has always stood on deep community involvement while developing our young baseball and softball players. On and off the field we help harbor growth, strength, morals, hard work, sportsmanship and team work. We teach that failure isn't the end and each time there is something valuable to be learned, and always something to be proud of. Our History Formerly known as NAS Little League, Ocean View Little League (OVLL) was founded in 1963 and is an official Little League International Affiliate. OVLL has deep roots within the Norfolk, Va community and always strives to provide a great ball community for players, parents and coaches.
