Octorara Area Little League Octorara Area Little League was established in 1990 as a non-profit, 100% volunteer-run, baseball organization affiliated with Little League® Baseball. Octorara Area Little League is a member of Little League’s Pennsylvania District 23 . Octorara Area Little League Boundary Map Little League defines the boundaries for each league. Players must either reside within the area of the boundary map or attend a school within the boundary. Our approved boundary is below (click picture for a larger view). Even is you are not within the boundary you may still be able to play for Octorara Area Little League. See the Registration FAQ item #1 for more information.
