About Point Loma Little League
Point Loma Little League is a youth baseball organization serving the Point Loma neighborhood of San Diego, California. The league offers programs from Tee Ball through senior divisions and is a chartered member of Little League International, dedicated to building character, teamwork, and a love for baseball in the community.
History
Point Loma Little League was established in 1955 as one of the early leagues in San Diego's District 32, receiving its charter affiliation with Little League International that year (League ID #405-32-12). On October 6, 1955, the City of San Diego adopted a lease agreement to support the construction of league facilities. The league has maintained a strong local presence for nearly seven decades and achieved notable competitive success, including District 32 championships in 2018 and 2019 and advancing to the 2025 Southern California State Little League Tournament.
