History
Portland Little League Baseball, Inc. was founded in 1959 by Elvis Brown as a chartered league with Little League International. Since its founding, the league has grown to serve children ages 4–16 in the Portland, Tennessee area, offering programs including T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Little League Baseball and Softball, Junior League, and Senior League divisions.
