About Seattle Southwest Little League
Seattle Southwest Little League has been serving the youth of West Seattle, South Park, and White Center in Seattle, Washington since 1951. The league offers baseball and softball programs across multiple age divisions and fields at venues including Mel Olson Stadium, Steve Cox Memorial Park, Highland Park, Riverview Playfield, and others in the greater West Seattle area.
History
Founded in 1951, Southwest Little League has served the communities of West Seattle, South Park, White Center, and Burien for over seven decades, making it one of Seattle's longest-running youth baseball programs. The league operates multiple divisions across several parks in the West Seattle area. Competitive All-Star teams have achieved notable success, including a 2023 Junior Baseball All-Stars team that won the District 7 tournament and advanced to the Washington State Tournament.
