Wilmington Little League's Mission: Community Little League believes in the power of youth baseball and softball to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities. One Team. One Little League. Wilmington Little League's core mission is to instill a passion for the games of baseball and softball in the youth of Wilmington by offering year-round opportunities for training and play at all levels in a safe, fun environment. Each of our programs aim to provide continuous development of our youth as players AND as citizens; first teaching fundamentals and gradually introducing more advanced skills and higher levels of competition. Our primary goal is to create and grow a Wilmington Little League Community that is supportive of each and every one of its members, both on and off the field.
